Communities Not Cops: July Interest Meeting

Buffalo is fighting back! After over a year of organizing against the proposed BPD firing range & training facility planned for the Eastside, we are still fighting for a community center at 379 Paderewski Drive.

LOLA and residents in the Broadway-Fillmore community have also brought forward a lawsuit against the city. As the lawsuit continues in the courts, we are still keeping up the pressure on the contractor for the project telling them to drop the contract for this project & encouraging local officials to take a hard look at the cost and impacts of the proposed facility.

Join us for an informational session on the campaign and lawsuit! Organizers will go through the history of the campaign, our current efforts, and inform attendees how they can get involved.
